Privacy policy.
PokerBot.com is a B2B operations company. This policy documents what data we collect on this website, how we handle operator-side data under engagement, and how to reach us about data questions. Last updated 21 May 2026.
What this policy covers and doesn't cover.
This policy covers: the data we collect on the public PokerBot.com website, how we handle inbound inquiries (demo requests, contact forms, email), and the data-handling commitments inside active operator engagements.
This policy does not cover: any consumer-facing software operation (a separate entity with its own policy), the internal data handling of any specific operator's club (the operator's own policy applies), or any data residing on platforms PPPoker, ClubGG, PokerBROS, Suprema, HHPoker, or X-Poker (those platforms' policies apply to player accounts on their systems).
What we collect when you visit this site.
- Standard web server logs. IP address, User-Agent, requested URL, timestamp, referrer. Retained for security and traffic analysis purposes for 30 days, then deleted or anonymised. No cookies set for tracking purposes.
- Email submissions. When you email operations@, press@, research@, partnerships@ or reports@pokerbot.com, we receive your message including your email address. We use this only to respond to your inquiry and route it appropriately. We don't add inquirers to marketing lists without explicit opt-in.
- Demo request form submissions. Any form-submitted fields (name, role, platform, message). Used for routing and response only. Stored encrypted on operations systems for engagement-history purposes.
- Reports list signup. Email address provided for the annual report distribution. Used only for that purpose plus announcement of new topical reports. Unsubscribe available in every distributed message.
- No third-party analytics or advertising trackers. No Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no advertising network tags. The website is intentionally low-tracking.
What we handle under operator engagements.
Active operator engagements involve significantly more data than the public website. The handling commitments:
- Confidential from the first conversation. Everything is treated as confidential from the first message — operator identity, deployment specifics, hand-history data, financial details, and any other engagement-confidential information.
- Operator-provided hand-history data. Used for behavioral baseline establishment, configuration tuning, integrity audit. Stored encrypted at rest, accessed only by named engagement team members, retained for the engagement duration plus 24 months for operational continuity. Deleted on operator request post-engagement.
- No player-identifying data persistence. Individual real-player identifiers are stripped or pseudonymised within 48 hours of ingest where the analytical work doesn't require them. Aggregated statistics persist; individual player identities don't.
- No platform credentials. We don't hold the operator's platform credentials. Accounts remain under the operator's custodianship; we operate infrastructure that connects to those accounts but don't take ownership of access.
- Cross-client isolation. One operator's data is never visible to another operator. Aggregate statistics in published reports are the only cross-client signal; individual operator data stays within the individual engagement.
- Sub-processor handling. Cloud infrastructure providers we use for hosting and infrastructure are documented in the engagement contract per client. We don't engage sub-processors without disclosure.
What you can request from us.
- Access: a copy of any personal data we hold about you. Reach privacy@pokerbot.com with the request.
- Correction: correction of inaccurate data we hold. Same channel.
- Deletion: removal of data we no longer have a legitimate operational basis to retain. Engagement-related operator data exceptions apply per contract.
- Portability: structured export of data you've provided to us. Within engagement contracts, this is typically already part of the standard handover at engagement end.
- Opt-out: removal from the reports distribution list, demo follow-ups, or any communication channel where you previously opted in. Unsubscribe link available in every distributed email.
Reaching us about privacy.
For any privacy or data-handling question:
- Email: privacy@pokerbot.com
- Response window: within 5 business days for routine inquiries; within 30 days as required by applicable data-protection law for formal requests.
- Escalation: if you're not satisfied with our response, you may contact the data-protection authority in your jurisdiction.
How we'll notify you of changes.
Material changes to this policy will be announced in the next regular communication to active engagement clients and to the reports distribution list. The "last updated" date at the top of this page changes accordingly. Trivial editorial changes (clarifications, formatting) may not be announced; substantive changes (new data categories, new sub-processors, retention changes) always will be.
